I led the sponsorship and marketing work for a three-day HoneyGrove event headlined by Beanie Sigel. Working across leadership, creative, artist and partner teams, I developed the sponsorship deck, coordinated the campaign and produced content for the event screens.
In December 2025, HoneyGrove hosted a weekend of music and creative programming at its Clementon dispensary. The centrepiece was a Saturday meet-and-greet and live performance by Philadelphia hip-hop artist Beanie Sigel, alongside DJs and regional performers.
As Director of Marketing, I worked with the events team and HoneyProjects leadership to bring the programme to audiences and sponsors. With roughly three weeks to prepare, I developed the sponsorship deck, helped shape the partner offerings, and coordinated outreach to New Jersey cultivators, vendors and other brands. The work brought in around $30,000 in sponsorship, subject to final confirmation.
I also coordinated the promotional campaign across its many contributors. I briefed our graphic designer, worked with the artist’s team on approvals, managed promotional materials and social posts, and helped move press coverage forward. For the event itself, I created original screen content featuring HoneyGrove and its sponsors, and hired a photographer to document the day and support the post-event campaign.
This project brought several parts of my role together: commercial partnerships, creative direction, content production and coordination across teams. My responsibility was the marketing side of the event, working alongside the people who produced and ran it.
